Online deliveries by THINKSMART NAIJA LIMITED can typically be expected within 3–5 working days. Delivery is nationwide. Fees depend on order volume and will be discussed during the order process. Prices are subject to change and become final upon payment. Any user who prefers a pickup option can visit our store.
Payments and banking information is being handled by a third party and any loss or unsuccessful payment is the responsibility of the payment service provider. THINKSMART NAIJA LIMITED is hereby absolved for any liability therefrom.
17) Return Policy

The user/purchaser warranties that they will provide the proper conditions, location, and amount of space for the delivery of the purchased item. Any damage caused by a breach of this warranty by the user/purchaser shall be void any right to return the product, and the responsibility, together with any claims or suits will be borne by the user/purchaser. No warranties apply beyond those required by law.
In the event that delivery is delayed beyond the estimated date which may be occasioned by the courier or supplier, THINKSMART NAIJA LIMITED reserves the right communicate a new delivery date depending on the circumstance and shall not be liable for any inconvenience experienced by the purchaser as a result.

24) Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
